Tax Preparation

We provide preparation for all types of tax returns including:

  • Personal Tax Returns
  • Sole Proprietor Business Tax Returns
  • Sub S Corporations
  • C Corporations
  • Partnerships
  • Limited Liability Companies (LLC)

Our tax return preparation includes the same personal attention as any of our other services.  What this means to you is that your return information will NOT be handed off to someone else in the office to be completed.  In most cases the tax return will be finished within 48 hours of your appointment and you will likely know what your final numbers are before you leave.

There is no standing in line, no taking a number and you will meet with and speak with exactly the person you wish to work with.  Unlike many tax preparation firms that have a rotating group of preparers that work on a part time basis, you will find us here all year long ready to assist you with the questions and concerns that come up long after the tax return preparation is completed.

Our quality work is reflected in the fact that over the last 13 years no client has been audited by the IRS and had to pay any additional money because of anything that arose out of the audit.  This despite the fact that over 10,000 tax returns have been prepared in that time frame.

We do not put that annoying charge on phone call questions and if you need another copy of your tax return, just ask.  We will provide another for you, mail it to you or e mail it to you without an additional charge to you as well.  If you are a new client, feel free to use the Tax Organizer under the tab of “Tax & Financial Tools”.  If you have concerns about a previous tax return and wish to have a review done, just let us know and we will be happy to help alleviate those concerns by reviewing the information at no additional cost to you.

Effective tax planning can help you to minimize your future tax liability. We can help you proactively manage both your personal and your business tax issues, including understanding how upcoming business opportunities impact your tax status and vice versa. Not all tax planning opportunities are readily apparent. By having us on your team, you are more likely to benefit from those opportunities. We understand how the latest federal, state and local tax legislation and other developments affect you and your business and we are constantly identifying new ways to reduce federal, state or local tax liabilities.
